There’re walk-in cold rooms that run in only one zone, or both. 

Walk-in freezers:

Walk in freezer rooms look alike walk-in cold room from the outside but as you’d anticipate, walk-in freezers can run at far lower temperatures in comparison to walk-in cold rooms. 

Walk in freezers generally have a temperature range of -18C to -22C. -18C is the minimum level at which something is categorized as ‘deep freeze’.
